So how does the entire process work?
I’m glad you asked!
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Book your consultation below and answer a few short questions about your brand and website vision. We’ll then get together for 30 minutes where you can share your ideas with me and I’ll tell you all about my process.
Step 2: Secure Design Spot
Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send you the contract to protect both of us. You’ll also get the invoice to pay the 25% deposit that saves your spot. You’ll then be officially booked in my schedule.
Step 3: Strategy And Homework
We’ll get together for a kick-off meeting where I can get to know your mission and core values, your big-picture goals, and your why. You’ll complete your design and copy homework (I promise it’s fun!)
Step 4: Design Begins
I’ll then do a thorough market research and craft your brand and content strategy. Once you approve the strategy and design direction, I’ll design your homepage and send it for revision to make sure we’re on the right track.
Step 5: I Work My Magic
Sit back and relax while I work my magic. I’ll complete the rest of your website and design your social media and lead magnet. We’ll then go trough any necessary revisions to make sure you’re absolutely in love with your website.
Step 6: Launch And Celebrate
Once you approve the design, you’ll get a recorded video walkthrough of your website. I’ll connect any integrations and hand over the website to you. Then it’s time to celebrate with your favorite drink or snacks.

FAQs
How soon can we get started?
Typically, I’m booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot. This gives you plenty of time to prepare everything I need from you.
How does payment work?
25% deposit is required to secure your spot on my design calendar. Another 25% is due when the project starts and the remainder 50% is due on project completion. Invoices are payable via PayPal or credit card.
Are there any other costs involved?
Yes, you’ll need to buy a plan from Squarespace which is an ongoing cost for as long as your website is live. I recommend you choose the Business plan as it is the most flexible. You’ll also need a domain name (if you don’t already have one) and a website privacy policy that tells your visitors what kind of data you collect on your website. This is a legal requirement in most countries.
Will you provide me with source files for my brand kit?
Yes, once I hand over the final designs, I will include the source files as well.
How do you do this in just one month?
I have over 10 years of experience in web design and 6 in Squarespace. I’ve designed over 100 websites and developed a unique framework that allows me to get things done fast.
Where are you based?
I am based in wonderful Croatia where Game of Thrones (and a whole slew of other movies!) was filmed. However, I work with clients worldwide and I’m only an email or a Voxer/Slack/WhatsApp message away.
